DMCA notice
The short version: FileFixes never stores or hosts the files you process — there is nothing on our servers to take down. This page covers copyright claims about the site itself.
We don't host your files
Every FileFixes tool runs entirely in your browser. Files you process are never uploaded, stored, or transmitted to our servers, so a takedown notice can't apply to them — there is nothing here for us to remove. If you believe a file you processed with FileFixes infringes your copyright, that dispute is between you and whoever hosts or received that file elsewhere.
Claims about content on this site
If you believe material that we do host — such as text, images, or code on the FileFixes website itself — infringes your copyright, you may send a notice to our designated agent below. To be effective, your notice must include: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location on the site; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Counter-notification
If material you posted or are responsible for was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with: your contact information, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
